OVERVIEW

Our refund and returns policy is limited to 10 days from the day you purchased. If more than 10 days have passed since you ordered, we do not commit to granting any refund or return. To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging intact. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

SHIPPING 

Our shipping territory is the geographic area of Canada. The web site will not allow shipping anywhere outside Canada. We offer two options for shipping: Purolator courier or Canada Post. There is a cost for shipping except if you meet the free shipping quota, or we are running a promotion where shipping is free.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

You have decided to return an item you bought from us. Begin by notifying us of your intention via email at {email address}. If we agree, you may send it back to ADI Cosmetiques, 130-5000 Jean-Talon O, Montreal, Quebec, H4P 1W9. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card within 24 hours.

ERRORS

You made an mistake in ordering. Begin by notifying us of what happened via email at {email address}. If we agree, you may send it back to us at your own cost. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will send you a replacement at your cost. If you wish to have a refund instead, we will deduct 10% from the price of the item to account for the extra handling.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will e-transfer you an amount to cover the shipping expense. We will send you a replacement at our cost.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

You have received a defective product from us. If the defect is visible, send us a photo via email to {email address}. We will ship you a replacement. If there is no physical evidence that a product is defective, you may send it to us. It will be up to our discretion to decide if it is indeed defective. If you feel that a product is not working for you, we will NOT consider it defective.

EXPIRATION

We consider a product stated to expire in 6 months as fit for use. If you do not agree, you may send it back to {physical address} at your own cost.

SALE ITEMS

We will not accept a return on items sold on discount.

EXCHANGES

Same as if you had made made an ordering error. See Errors section
